Rule of thumb: minimum viewing distance in meters ≈ pixel pitch in mm. P2.5–P3 for indoor close viewing, P4–P6 for retail and stage, P8–P10 for roadside billboards viewed from 20 m plus. Send us your site and we'll recommend the most cost-effective pitch.
Can you build custom sizes and shapes?
Yes — custom dimensions, curved walls, cylinders, spheres, dance floors and irregular creative shapes are our specialty. We provide structure drawings and load calculations before production.
Do you support small orders?
Most models start from 1 square meter or a single cabinet, so rental companies and first-time buyers can test quality before scaling up.
How long is production and shipping?
Typical production is 15–25 working days depending on quantity. Sea freight takes 20–40 days depending on destination; air and express options are available for urgent projects.
What warranty and after-sales do you offer?
2–5 year warranty options by product line. We stock spare modules and parts, provide remote diagnosis, and ship replacements worldwide.
Which control system do you use?
Novastar receiving cards and controllers as standard, with remote content management and 4G/WiFi options. Other control systems can be integrated on request.
